Case Description - September 2011, Plaintiff was a special education student who was molested by her special education teacher. The plaintiff alleged the school district had knowledge of the teacher's prior sexual misconduct based on other complaints by other students and by write-ups in the teacher's file. Plaintiff also alleged the school district engaged in a pattern and practice of not properly hotlining complaints to the State.
